Submission of complaints

To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form

Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and defect.

2. Return product

When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping

The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

To the package with the statement and returned product / products also include all accessories received with them and a receipt or invoice.
